LZ Trans Inc Doesn't Pay Owner Operator
We work hard so we expect to get paid
We had to file a FMCSA complaint against LZ Trans Inc for unethical and deceptive financial business practices as well as committing wage thief by theft of services according to Tennessee law statues section 39-14-104. They terminated our agreement 24 hours before they where required to pay us on Aug 23 without calling us once. LZ Trans Inc having control over the arrangement of services, knowingly took our services for their own benefit and not pay us.
LZ Trans has stop communication regardless of the fact that I provided all the requested information that they stated I had to turn in before they would pay us. Which was all original BOL's,Fuel receipts,pictures of truck without their decals and driver logs. As of today LZ Trans Inc owes us 2 settlement payments form Aug 23 & 30. According to our Aug 23 settlement sheet they owe us $4,773.48, but we also delivered our final load that LZ Trans Inc never disclosed the rate amount or provided a rate sheet for before terminating our agreement and stoping all communication. That final load was to be paid out on Aug 30 in which we haven't received a rate sheet or payment for still to this day.
Lz Trans Inc breached are agreement by not disclosing the rate amount of our last load ( which they agree in our contract to do) and not paying for services that where provided and completed as agreed upon is consider theft of services.

So while waiting for the Tennessee department of labor to get back to me , I decided to pay LZ Trans Inc a visit. Before i stop by I googled the address where they had me send all of my BOL's and fuel receipts to. The address I was given 6025 Stage Rd STE 42-306 Bartlett, TN 38134 came up as a alley in back of a shopping complex, but after searching further on google maps using the street view i was able to discover LZ Trans true address was within a UPS Store. After finding out I wasn't sending my important documents directly to LZ Trans Inc office, I looked them up on SAFER (LZ Trans Inc DOT #3276737) to see if they had a different principle address then the mailing address i was given and they didn't.
