We had to file a civil case against CRWT2 Inc for unethical and deceptive finical business practices causing theft of services that is also classified as theft by deception which is governed under the laws of the State of North Carolina. according to Article 19 (obtaining property/ services by false pretenses).

CRWT2 Inc owner Carlton R. Williams received money from our services with proof of every BOL we provided after every completed delivery but never paid us for our services between 7/01/2019 to 7/10/2019. CRWT2 having control over the arrangement of services, knowingly took our services for their own benefit and decided not pay us which resulted in theft of services.

How we were deceived by CRWT2 Inc

CRWT2 Inc has stop communication regardless of the fact that weI've successful completed 5 loads between 7/01/2019 to 7/10/2019 totaling $6,487. From that Gross amount CRWT2 owes me $2,655. In addition to not being paid for services CRWT2 Inc also charge us for chains ($600) to pick up a load in which our agreement was for NO Touch Freight, power only. It clearly states in our contract on page 4 that The Lessor (owner operator) is not required to purchase or rent any products, equipment, or services from Lessee (CRWT2) as a condition of entering into this lease agreement. With that being said CRWT2 owns us a total of $3,255 and hasn't paid us since 7/12/2019
